This includes not only the basic components such as more RAM, stronger CPU, and modern graphics card with Directx12 support, larger screen and storage that is at least 64GB in size, but also the presence of several security features in the motherboard such as UEFI, Secure Boot, and TPM module. While the upgrade process from Windows 8 and Windows 10 was very streamlined when it appeared in public during the summer of 2015, the upgrade procedure between Windows 10 and 11 is more complicated and requires the presence of more advanced hardware. After that, this project will be archived and no new updates will be released.
